At The Springs of Mill Lakes, lifestyle isn’t just what you do. It’s how you grow. The connections you make. And the passion you bring to it all. Whether it’s a fully packed day that starts at the clubhouse gym at 8 a.m. sharp, or a come-what-may weekend where your only mode of transportation is a bicycle, it’s all about your life and your style.
The heartbeat of the community is the Owl’s Roost, our stunning clubhouse with a lavish fitness center, zero-entry pool, pickleball court and gracious common areas. It’s the perfect place to meet friends, entertain family and get yourself in the best shape of your life. Be sure to check out the gathering lounge with fireplace and our very own ballroom dance floor and onsite catering kitchen.
The Wildlife Sanctuary
Albert Einstein got it right when he said, “Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.” With a 45-acre perpetually protected wildlife sanctuary, owned by the HOA, it’s easy to enjoy nature’s bounty. The pristine parcel is filled with sights and sounds we usually associate with a distant destination. From your Springs home, set out on foot or by bike and explore to your heart’s content. Watch the seasons change, or follow the sun as it sinks in the night sky. It’s nature in all her glory, right here at home.
